Early stage companies often need to reach a proof of concept stage prior to obtaining a Series A round of funding. They are typically cash-strapped with limited resources to address all of the technical areas required to complete this phase. For post Series A funded companies, D2M can assist clients by providing a pool of highly talented engineers on a variable cost basis, thus helping it manage its fixed overhead and helping preserve cash reserves by accepting a significant component of compensation in equity.
