Project Manager
D2M’s Project Manager will have the primary responsibility of coordinating or leading new product development projects from product specification through production release in a manner that meets client expectations. This individual will interface directly with clients and will be involved in product scheduling, task tracking, risk management and identification of resource requirements in creating the product development plan. Our PM should be able to coordinate talented multi-disciplinary product development teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience with project management responsibilities such as team leadership, project scheduling, task tracking, resource management and billing.
  • Degree or experience in a technical discipline is desirable.
  • Experience interacting with both mechanical & electrical engineering contributors.
  • Experience with MS Excel and Word required. MS Project experience strongly preferred.
  • Product Life Cycle (PLC) & Product Development & Release (PDR) methodologies.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, as exposure to Clients is a must.
  • Must be flexible of thought and problem solving approach, but action oriented.
